Moa는 작은 습관을 이어가면 나를 닮아가는 고양이가 함께 자라는 앱입니다. 궁금한 점이나 불편한 점이 있으면 메일로 알려 주세요. 보통 2~3일 안에 답장드립니다.
메일에 기기 종류(예: iPhone 15)와 앱 버전(설정 맨 아래)을 적어 주시면 더 빨리 도와드릴 수 있어요.
iPhone의 설정 → 내 이름 → 구독 → Moa에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하면 다음 결제가 되지 않습니다. 앱의 Moa Plus 화면에서 "구독 관리"를 눌러도 같은 화면이 열립니다.
같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 앱을 열면 자동으로 다시 확인합니다. 그래도 꺼져 있으면 Moa Plus 화면의 "구매 복원"을 눌러 주세요.
iPhone은 사용자 본인의 iCloud에 기록이 백업됩니다. 같은 Apple 계정으로 다시 설치하면 처음 화면에서 "예전 고양이를 데려올까요?"라고 묻습니다. 기기에서 iCloud가 꺼져 있으면 백업되지 않습니다.
아니요. 모아는 배고프거나 아프지 않고, 며칠 쉬어도 그대로 기다립니다. 다시 오면 반겨 줍니다.

Moa is a habit app where a kitten grows with you and slowly becomes like you. If you have a question or a problem, please email us. We usually reply within 2–3 days.
Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Moa. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can also tap "Manage subscription" on the Moa Plus screen in the app.
Sign in with the same Apple ID and open the app; it checks automatically. If it is still off, tap "Restore purchases" on the Moa Plus screen.
On iPhone, your record is backed up to your own iCloud. Reinstall with the same Apple ID and the app will ask whether to bring your cat back.
